Jgalz paradise hope you will understand that it is not advisable to place an order until you are really sure that you are buying.

All items are limited in pieces. If suppliers run out of stock, we will refund 100% back to you.

Order Placement

You may drop a message in our inbox or send email and indicate below information:


a. Item code or design

b. Size, if applicable

c. Quantity

d. Your name


d. Mailing address

e. Choosing Normal / Registered mail




2. Reservation of Item

We will send a reserve confirmation to your inbox or email and let you know the total payment of your orders including postage. Your order will be reserved for 2 business days for payment upon our confirmation. We regret that order cancellation or change is not feasible once it has been processed and sent out. Once payment is done, please send an email to jgalz_paradise88@hotmail.com with the transaction reference and time of transfer.



3. Items are either pre-order or ready stock in Singapore.

Please note that for pre-orders, shipping may take 2-3 weeks or earlier, we will notify you via pm.



4. Accuracy of Item

Please note that the actual colour of the items may be slightly different from the photos taken by Jgalz paradise or pictures provided by the suppliers.

But we try to take photos which represent the items as accurate as possible.



5. All Sales are Final.

NO REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS/ EXCHANGES will be entertained once payment has been made. Payment will only be refunded if pre-order item is out of stock. 



6. Pricing

All prices are in SGD. 



7. Payment

Please transfer FULL payment to POSB Savings <account number=""> and email us the transaction reference no. date and time.</account>

To avoid confusion, please note that your initials must be the same as your order name when payment.



8. Postage and Delivery

Prices stated here are exclusive of postage. 

Postage and handling will be charged based on the following: 

* 1 – 2 items : $1.50
* 3 – 4 items : $3.00
* 5 – 6 items : $4.00
* 7 – 8 items : $5.00

■If you choose Registered Post, there will be an additional charge of $2.25 to the total amount of postage and handling payable. Jgalz paradise highly recommend this mode of delivery.
Please note that Jgalz paradise is NOT liable for any loss of parcel for delivery by normal postage or due to an incorrect mailing address so make sure your home address given is correctly typed.

Self collection: Sengkang MRT can be arranged in advance. Please check the fix timing with us.
